Made with 64% Ribera oranges, sugar, lemon juice and pectin, this jam has a soft consistency, without large pieces, enriched with a small percentage of peel (5-7%) which releases precious essential oils.
Fine varieties such as Navel, Washington Navel and Vanilla are selected, known for their natural sweetness, thus reducing the use of added sugars. The oranges come from traditional crops, passed down for three generations, guaranteeing freshness and superior quality even out of season (from November to March).
