The safe system for transporting frozen foods is based on trucks refrigerated at -21°.
This type of transport for frozen products is dedicated only to the HoReCa sector.
Premise:
Frozen products in the HoReCa line necessarily need to travel at temperatures below zero.
For logistical reasons, the minimum order quantity on this site for frozen food shipments is one pallet, which can range from 300 to 800 kg or more depending on the volume of the products ordered.
To help you save on shipping, we offer a FREE additional service that allows you to combine small orders of products from our suppliers onto a single pallet for a single shipment.
Shipping costs for a frozen pallet are fixed and may vary slightly from region to region. The maximum height of a pallet, regardless of its weight, which can reach up to 1200 kg, must not exceed 220 cm.
For clarity, once you log in with your professional account, we recommend you start adding products to your cart from our HoReCa suppliers. As soon as you reach the minimum order quantity per pallet, the shipping system will appear and show you the cost for your delivery area. You can continue adding products to your cart within the maximum allowed limit.

Right of withdrawal:
Pursuant to art. 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:

- order of Products packaged to measure or clearly personalized;

- ordering Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;

- orders of sealed Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons or that have been opened after delivery.
With reference to the cases where withdrawal is excluded listed above, the Customer is informed and accepts, in particular, that all food products (including wines, spirits, and beverages) are included among the Products that "risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly," as the characteristics and qualities of these types of products are subject to alteration, including as a result of inappropriate storage.
Therefore, for hygiene reasons and to protect customers, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products (including wines, spirits, and beverages), but applies only to products purchased on the site that can be returned to their respective suppliers and re-sold without posing a risk to consumer health (such as books, gadgets, kitchen utensils, etc.).
