All Sicilian Food Shop HoReCa products are transported and stored at a controlled temperature of -21°C , guaranteeing the integrity and quality of the raw materials from our headquarters to your business. We use only our own refrigerated trucks and selected partners: we do not ship on behalf of third parties , but we manage every step to ensure a professional and safe service.

Logistics and minimum order
To ensure the maintenance of the cold chain, transport takes place exclusively on full pallets.

  • Minimum order: 1 mixed pallet.

  • Approximate weight: from 300 kg up to 800 kg and more, based on the volume of the products chosen.

  • Maximum pallet height: 220 cm (weight can reach up to 1200 kg).

Sicilian Food Shop offers you an exclusive, free benefit : you can combine products from multiple suppliers in a single order. We'll take care of grouping them onto a single pallet, allowing you to optimize shipping costs and receive a single delivery with a pre-sorted product.

Shipping costs and purchasing methods
The costs for shipping a frozen pallet vary depending on the delivery area (they may be free or have a flat rate).
To find out the exact cost for your business:

  1. Log in with your professional account.

  2. Start filling your cart with products from our HoReCa suppliers.

  3. Once the minimum pallet quantity is reached, the system will automatically calculate shipping costs for your area.

  4. You can continue adding products until you reach the maximum allowed size.

Right of withdrawal:
Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fresh and frozen food products (including beverages and wines). These goods are excluded by law because they are susceptible to rapid deterioration or expiration, and for health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal remains valid only for non-food products (e.g., gadgets, books, utensils) that can be safely re-sold.
