"Selected freshness, not improvised"

Some of our fresh produce can travel   only under specific conditions :

✔   SHIPABLE with refrigerated box   (only from October to April):

  • Semi-cooked cheeses (e.g. Primo Sale)

  • Vacuum-packed cured meats

  • Check availability when ordering

✖   NOT SHIPPABLE in any period :

  • Soft cheeses (e.g. Tuma)

  • Fresh products not vacuum-packed

  • Clearly indicated on each product sheet

⚠   Important :

  • The refrigerated boxes   they are not a guarantee of constant temperature   beyond 48 hours

  • The couriers   they are not responsible for thermal variations   (physical damage only with insurance)

  • "If the product page allows purchase, it means it's the right time to ship it!"

🍋   Why don't we ship fresh produce at the moment?
After repeated episodes of   mismanagement by couriers   (wrong temperatures, unjustified delays), we decided to   suspend service during the summer until we find a solution that meets our standards.

  • Testing alternative protocols for the cold season

  • Collaborating with new logistics partners

  • Studying more efficient thermal packaging
