Siciliana is a wheat beer brewed in the English style.

It is characterized by the use of wheat malt and a small quantity of barley malt.

It is produced in top fermentation and is not filtered, therefore the cloudy appearance is caused by the presence of yeasts and suspended protein substances.

A beer characterized by a strong aroma and flavor of banana, a good sparkling streak and a white, persistent and full-bodied foam.
