Frozen products are sold exclusively via refrigerated pallet shipping . Shipping has a fixed cost , regardless of the quantity ordered.

Cost-Effective Tip: To reduce shipping costs per product, we recommend filling the pallet as much as possible, up to a maximum of 1200 kg.

Frozen Product Mix:
For some frozen products produced in Palermo, we offer the option of creating a mixed pallet . You can therefore combine different products (even from different companies) in the same order, reaching the minimum weight of 300 kg required to activate the shipment.

How to Order Non-Frozen Products (e.g., Wines, Sauces, Preserves)

For non-frozen products , the order must be placed for a full pallet from a single supplier. For example, if you order wines from Cantine Pepi , you can add just one case of each product, as long as you meet the minimum weight.

  • Minimum Order Weight: 50 kg.

  • Maximum Order Weight: 1200 kg per pallet.

Cost Optimization Tip: Again, to reduce the fixed cost of transportation, we recommend getting as close as possible to the maximum pallet weight (1200 kg).
